Bye bye bikinis... welcome winter.

It's that time of year again, to say goodbye to our teeny tigerlily bikinis, and embrace Australia's attempt at a winter. An attempt where us wannabe-fashionistas sport beanies, and scarves, and gloves and anything that oozes sir snugs-a-lot despite how warm our winter's are.

The picture above illustrates a true winter, almost a year ago in the cutest town Malmo, Sweden. The photo features what i believe to be the must haves for this year's winter. Black is always an essential in winter, but remember you're not attending a funeral either. So break up that black with your browns and camels to make a smooth mix. A trench is a must have! Pick a neutral coloured trench that you can wear everyday and not get sick of, and that people won't get sick of seeing either.! Gloves? Only splurge if you have some money left over, remember they may look amazing on, but aren't entirely practical in Australia's weather.
